Lucy Siegle is a journalist, broadcaster and opinion leader who specialises in climate and nature stories. As a reporter and presenter on BBC1’s The One Show, she has been following the problem of single use plastic and wider ecological issues since the show began in 2007.

Grace Meadows is the Campaign Director for Music for Dementia, a national campaign calling for music to be an integral part of care for everyone living with dementia.  For the last decade she has worked as a qualified music therapist in a variety of health, social care and educational settings with children and adults across the lifespan, including a large London NHS Trust. 

John Pienaar

John Pienaar is the host of Drive Time on Times Radio. He is the former Deputy Politial Editor at the BBC.

Alice Thomson

Alice Thomson is a columnist and interviewer at The Times. A former Times trainee, she became a foreign correspondent, feature writer and political reporter for the paper before moving to The Telegraph as a columnist, restaurant reviewer and leader writer. She returned to The Times in 2008.

Hugo Rifkind

Hugo Rifkind is a columnist and leader writer for The Times and a presenter on Times Radio.  He also writes regular columns for The Spectator and GQ and is a frequent panellist on BBC Radio 4’s The News Quiz.

Helen Rumbelow

Helen Rumbelow is a feature writer for Times2 and a columnist. She was the health correspondent before moving to Westminster as political correspondent. She spent time as a commissioning editor on the Comment desk, and has also worked at The Washington Post as a Laurence Stern Fellow.

 

MATT CHORLEY

Matt Chorley is a political writer for The Times and presents the mid-morning show on Times Radio Monday to Friday 10am-1pm. He has covered politics since 2005, and a chance meeting with the Guide Dogs at the Conservative conference in 2019 led to the Chorley family welcoming Poppy, a well-trained rejected guide dog, into their home. But they could always do with some tips on how to stop her becoming a dog who behaves (very) badly. Matt is thrilled to be hosting Graeme Hall at Life Lessons.
