At the inaugural Life Lessons weekend, our mission is simple. We’re going to find the answers to life, the universe and everything.
Watch a podcast live with no downloading needed
You usually subscribe to podcasts so that your next one is automatically downloaded to your device.
However, at Life Lessons, you have the choice to watch a podcast live with no downloading needed! It's a bit of a surreal dream, that two or three people crowded around one microphone in a cupboard could capture the attention of of people halfway across the world.
If you're looking to get in on the act, we've rounded up a selection of big thinking podcastsers to be recorded at Life Lessons. You might even be able to hear your own laugh when you listen back to the episode on your next commute.
Learn about each other in 20 minute conversations.
Brought to Life Lessons by The University of Westminster, the Living Library is a community space where attendees can come together as 'books' or 'borrowers', breaking down prejudices by learning about each other in 20 minute conversations.
Gain insight into a topic one on one with someone who has lived the experience. A unique experience not to be missed. Not comfortable with talking about a topic? No problem, you can choose to be the "borrower".
High up under the glass roof of the Conservatory, indulge in a range of gorgeous spa treatments brought to you by triyoga in association with the Malta Tourism Authority. Take some time out and have someone look after you. Spaces are limited, so watch this space to pre-book your treatment.
triyoga Primrose Hill opened its doors on the 19th February, 2000
Whilst we’ve all changed (thanks to yoga of course), aged (gracefully) and matured (marginally), our aim is the same: to inspire and help people lead healthier lives, in whatever way they want.
triyoga was founded by Jonathan Sattin with the intention of creating the highest quality centres for true wellbeing. Places that combine the three key elements of yoga, Pilates and treatments (with some updates such as Gyrotonic and Barre) and that support a community of teachers, therapists, students and staff who feel triyoga is their home – that they belong here.
